Weight: Goal +21.5 ( I lost 1.5kgs! Woot woot!!)
Energy levels: Terrible, but only because I’ve been man down with a nasty cold. (Why do we say a “nasty” cold. Are colds ever kind?)
Diet: No cupcakes. Not brilliant, I don’t think. But feeling like death warmed up is a great dieting tool.
Exercise: None. I didn’t even walk to the car in the driveway. For four days I lay on the couch with a box of tissues, some cold and flu pills and a bottle of cough medicine; watching Glee and Cougar Town – and those were the good days. I spent the rest of the week asleep.
General comments: This week totally sucked. I was sick, we had a burglary at home and it took forever to get our network provider to get our phones back on. I guess stress really does lead to weight loss. Well at least one good thing came out of this shocking week – 1.5 kgs is nothing to sneeze at. Yes, that was a sick joke. (Sneeze at.*giggle* Sick. *snort* Get it?) Ok, so this cold medication makes my brain a bit funny.
